HEIWA MEDIC CO.,LTD. was established in March 1946 (Shouwa 21 years), and was founded by the former president, Mr. Kurokawa Akio.
In 1965, he officially started the manufacture of cotton swabs and became the first developer of cotton swabs in Japan.
It obtained the manufacturing license of medical appliances in 1983, obtained the manufacturing license of cosmetics in 1990, and successively set up business offices in Tokyo and Osaka.
It has developed a series of cotton products such as "baby care", "oral care" and "skin care", and has established a leading position in the cotton product manufacturing industry in Japan and the international market.
In April 2002, HEIWA HYGIENE PRODUCTS CO.,LTD. was established, and in February 2007, HEIWA MEDIC VIETNAM CO.,LTD. was established.
The Vietnam factory built with GMP standards will be active in the fields of cosmetics and medical devices, and develop more new products.
